Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.

We strive to ensure all orders arrive on time, but delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, delivery carrier delays). We will notify you if we anticipate any delay.

Return & Exchange
Return and Exchange Terms
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.​Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.​
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rockstonedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.​
Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.​
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer service. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.​
